6 Months

Wow, I can't believe Evan is already 6 months old! It has gone by so fast. Motherhood has been wonderful. Sure there are times when I wish he would sleep later or wish I didn't have to do yet another load of laundry, but I wouldn't trade those times for anything. I can't imagine my life without my little blessing now. He brings a smile to my face everyday. I love waking up to my baby "alarm" every morning. I'll take that over a real alarm clock any day. To celebrate his half birthday last Friday we decided to get some professional pictures taken. I may be biased, but he's got the best smile ever. Enjoy!

Evan can sit up for quite a while on his own now. This time he decided he wanted to read a book.

A few weeks ago Evan went to his first concert. We had gone to the park and there happened to be a big band type music concert in the park. He really enjoyed playing in the park and just being outside.
This is one way we can get him to really laugh, by kissing his back.

We got a new toy for Evan that he absolutely loves. It's a jumperoo. He likes to jump, but he'd do it so much that Mommy and Daddy's arms would get tired. This saves our arms, and he can't get enough.
