Well, Evan is two months old!! I can't believe it's been that long already, it's gone so fast. Everyday it seems he is doing something new. He is smiling all the time and has begun to coo and make other adorable baby sounds. Chris and I will bring him into bed with us in the morning after he wakes up and he will lay there cooing and smiling for quite some time. It's a wonderful way to start my day. We had his two month checkup yesterday. He has been eating like a pro, he has gained much in weight and height. He is now 22 1/8 inches long and weighs 10 pounds 3 ounces. Though he has gained much, he is still like his mommy and daddy and is only in the 25th percentile for both weight and height.:) (Okay, now I've had a blonde moment today, and can't seem to get any of the pictures from the camera. So stay tuned for more pictures, once my wonderful, tech savy husband can get them for me.)

He has been smiling a lot, so I tried to capture that, but as you can see, it's hard to get.:) I had to take many pictures just to get the few I posted.

We have taken a lot of pictures in the last month and a half, so you'll see many of them below. Enjoy!:)

Evan loves his swing. If he's fussy we just have to put him in his swing and he calms down and often falls asleep.:)
With great-uncle Richard.
How he spends much of his day, sleeping it away.
Getting his work out done first thing in the morning. He's gotta get those muscles built.

Evan's first bath.

Ready to go out in the bitter cold.
He likes his bouncy chair!

Just like daddy

We thought we'd start him early to dress like dad, right down to the socks.:)

Life at home with Evan

Blackie wanted in on cuddle time with Angie and Evan.

Kara and Evan.

Four generations together.

Great-grandma Dorra, Grandma Martha, Mommy and Evan

Wow, it's already been 7 weeks. It's gone by pretty fast. Evan is doing wonderfully. As of two weeks ago he was already 8 lb 4 oz. He is eating very well.:) You know you hear people talk about how much babies change your life, but it is a total upheaval. You don't think about the little things like just running to the store. Now it takes half an hour to get everything ready and the baby in the car before I can even leave to go pick up a few items. But you know, I wouldn't trade it for anything in the whole world. I can't believe how much I love my little boy. I've only been away from him a couple of times for appointments, but the entire time I was away I was thinking of him. I couldn't comprehend how much I loved Chris before Evan. But then to have even more love to give to Evan, is even more unfathomable. My love is endless. It makes me wonder how much more God must love us, since His love is perfect. I thank Him everyday for this miracle He has given to us. I'm so excited to watch this little man grow and learn!
